We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Please kindly note that adding product(s) into your cart does not signify successful purchase of the product(s). The product(s) is only secured upon confirmation/receipt of payment.
Shipping
We offer both local and worldwide shipping (yay!) Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout, and you get to choose between non-registered mail, registered mail and registered courier (I know! We love having options too!).

Customs
This applies only to International Orders: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, and Aurass Beauty is not responsible for these charges.
All fees and payments required by Aurass Beauty will be indicated upon checkout.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns. However, if you did receive a defective item or have any concerns pertaining to your order, please write to us at hello@aurassbeauty.com with your order number, a description of the defect, together with a picture, and we will reach out within 1 business day.
